At sophiecannes, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, labels, and original packaging.

The product must not show signs of excessive wear, use, washing, or damage caused by improper handling.

Items subject to hygiene requirements must be unused and in a clean, resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Return requests are generally processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions described in this policy.

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Please do not send your return to the sender's address shown on the package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions under EU and French consumer law.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a person designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the final item in your order.

Returned goods must be shipped back without undue delay after informing us of your decision.
Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
Because our order fulfillment process is highly automated, orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has entered processing.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may instead request a return after receiving the goods, provided the return conditions in this policy are met.
Refunds
After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after:

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return results from our error (for example, if the wrong or defective item was delivered).

Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
For security purposes, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost during transit.
Return Warehouse
To optimize our international fulfillment process, returned items are sent to our centralized return warehouse in Asia.
The correct return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
Please do not return products without first obtaining return authorization.
